What is it? In plain English, usability testing is the keystone to developing a successful website, app, or product. If you build something that users have not tested and enjoy using, then you’ve just chopped down a bunch of trees in the wrong forest (wasted valuable time & money).
ALWAYS BE TESTING your website, app, or product user experience on real users…. collect user feedback and data, but most importantly, analyze the feedback and data for insights on how to improve the user experience and user outcomes.

Speaking from experience, marketers who usability test are far more successful than those who don’t. As a marketer or designer, what we think is ease-of-use and joy-of-use, can be a painful and frustrating experience for our first-time or infrequent users.
Fortunately for marketers today, there are many usability testing frameworks and user behavior tools available to conduct remote website or app testing. It wouldn’t be prudent to list them all here, because after-all… that’s what Google is for… but:
