In the book Breakthrough Advertising, by Eugene Schwartz… he writes about 5 types of customers. This is a great framework to know if you are a marketer who wants to be more customer-centric.

There are five types of customers for any business:
1. Most aware. The brand loyalists.
2. Product aware. They know you but haven’t bought.
3. Solution aware. They know there are solutions, but don’t know you.
4. Problem aware. They know they have a problem.
5. Unaware. They don’t realize they have a problem.
